If you’re aged 18 or over, living with a disability and looking to change your housing arrangements, we’d love to talk to you about how we can help

Houses for people with disability in NSW

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports people with a permanent and significant disability, which affects their ability to take part in everyday activities. Impact draws on its 15 years’ experience in OoHC to provide Supported Independent Living and other services to young adults in the Hunter and Western Sydney areas. Further expansion is planned for 2018.

We offer a range of service models, ranging from units to purpose modified houses and group homes with 24-hour support.

Services are provided to people living in specialised support models who require 24-hour assistance. More specifically, Impact runs specialised support models for people on the autism spectrum and people living with ongoing mental health issues.

Impact’s pricing is based on the current NDIS Price Guide.
